The Canadian Strawberry is a special Maine apple, (re?)discovered on Roy Slamm's farm in Solon, where a small cluster of 100+ yr old trees were flourishing in a field. Its earlier origins are still unknown. This apple has won the regard of orchardists and eaters all over for its tart, intense flavor, and its juicy, crisp texture. It's a dessert apple, meant to be enjoyed fresh. With red-orange patches over a classic yellow skin, it's a beautiful looking apple as well, bringing table appeal with both visuals and flavors.

Canadian Strawberry apples are best enjoyed in the first 1-2 months after harvest.
