These mixed varieties offer a blend of flavors and textures to go into your cider, sauce, preserves, or fillings. If you're like us, you'll sample the bounty as you peel and slice and stir, getting to enjoy the many tastes Maine's orchards have to offer.

Utility grade allow 1-2 blemishes per apple, such as coddling frass at the bottom end, small bruises, or insect bites on the skin. The mix of varieties will vary by the week, depending on what the orchard is processing at the time. The current mix includes: St. Edmund's Russet, Burgundy, and Sweet Sixteen apples.
