"Ciliegine (chee-leh-JEE-neh) means "little cherries" in Italian--and that is exactly what these are: cherry-sized pearls of our fresh fresh mozzarella. Toss them with cherry tomatoes, basil, and good olive oil, thread them onto skewers, or scatter them over a salad."
SERVE IT: Antipasto skewers, pasta salads, marinated with herbs and chili flakes.
