P'tit Basque is a pure sheep's milk cheese similar to a Manchego, but with a milder flavor. It comes in small, easily handled wheels with the basket weave pressed into the rind. It is mild, sweet, and approachable, a friendly cheese for afficionados and shyer palates alike. P'tit Basque is a semi-hard cheese that is supple and buttery and slices without crumbling. Although mild, it is still distinctly flavorful with a nutty finish. 

Pair with tart fruit, sweet honey, and cider. Or combine with tomatoes and olives in a savory bruschetta. It pairs well with ham and charcuterie.
