Keep cilantro in cool, refrigerated storage with other herbs. Shelf life can be extended by storing upright with cut stems in water.  For ~10-20% of people, cilantro will taste like soap. Those same people may have no aversion to coriander, which is the seed of the same plant. This cilantro from our Maine growers has no soap used in the packing process.
