Honey Gold potatoes are a great tasting golden potato bred for flavor and performance. Gold potatoes have a creamier texture than most white-fleshed potatoes, and Honey Golds have thin skins, making them a great choice for potato salads or roasting. Graded and sized for just those purposes, they present beautifully on the plate or fork.
Potatoes store best in dark cold storage. They will green over time when exposed to light. Potatoes will sprout from their eyes when stored in warm zones; sprouts can be knocked off gently and the potato can still be used.
