This prize-winning cheese came in 1st in 2024 and 2nd in 2025 in the Maine Cheese Guild Awards. It's super snackable, and now comes in fixed-weight wedges for easy retailing."

"Oaklands Farm has been continuously farmed by eight generations of the Gardiner family. Today it is home to a herd of 15-20 cows and calves and around 90 sheep and lambs. We limit the number of animals to what the land and our labor force can reasonably sustain. All our grassland is certified organic.
