We buy berries every day the sun shines. Our farmers do not pick your berries in the rain - a wet berry makes for a poor product. So when you place your order, keep in mind we are participating in cycles of nature, as humans, with reverence and respect that comes back to us as flavor and beauty.
When the berries arrive at COM, the fragrance fills the building. Sweet, aromatic, you immediately know what season it is when you pass through the cooler and lift the flaps on the doorway.
